Asst Manager/Manager-Horticulture
Job Description:
- Manages and supports overall plant health and soil nutrition strategies for all gardens to include sustainable gardening & agricultural practices and integrated pest management Commissioning & managing operations of Integrated (Sprinkler, Fogger and drip) micro irrigation system for landscape areas.
- Responsible for the operational department budgets, budget monitoring, billing related operations i.e. checking of Invoice as per BOQ / W.O. and work executed at site.
- Erecting Nursery and propagating plants, cultivating vegetables required at Guest house.
- Operations of Natural Sewage Treatment Plant, Organic Waste Convertor & Vermicompost.
- Providing training sessions, motivation for capacity building of horticulture staff.
