Responsible for Both primary & secondary Blister line monitoring.

Responsible for Both primary & secondary dispensed packing material verification.

Responsible to raise packing material requisition.

Responsible for Online batch packing record filling.

Responsible to Update daily records of cleaning and environmental monitoring.

Manpower allocation and work distribution to work man. 

Daily balance verification and monthly calibration.

To Carryout job function as assigned by Packing Manager from time to time.

Check for preventive maintenance.

Ensuring that all process complies with cGMP.

To ensure the cleanliness of the Packing department.

 Stereo order and verification.

To submit all the complete record annually or monthly to QA department.

To carryout machine qualification and change part suitability

To carryout batch validation process.
