Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities
• Responsible for Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales,
Finance, Admin and HR.
• Work with other executives on budgeting, forecasting and resource
allocation programs.
• Establish sales target, communicate, monitoring and manage the sales
performance for each channel and location to ensure the achievement of
regional sales target
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of
new products and competition status
• Oversee the entire manufacturing operations and employee productivity.
The Successful Applicant
• Strong manufacturing and plant management experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in managing manufacturing
activities.
• Candidates need to come from FMCG or Food industry only.
• Familiar with Six Sigma, LEAN, Kaizen process in continuous
improvement.
• High degree of comfort using a computer for documents, e-mail, internet
and research as required and willingness for flexible work hours.
