Sr.QC Executive for Resin Manufaturing Company

Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for Sr. QC for vapi Location .:

1) Sampling and testing of raw material, in process sample and finish product. Additional duty of sample preservation until defined period.
2) Online inspection of production sample.
3) Maintain the QC records as per the statutory requirement and QMS requirement.
4) Reviewing the test report of packing material, raw material, In process, stability and final report.
5) Review all test report and external calibration reporting to QC manager / QA Manager
6) Calibration of measuring instrument as per schedule and monitoring the external agency for this function.
7) Preparation of DSM, SOPs for every input component.
8) Coordinate to QA for failure investigation and deviation control.
9) To train subordinate and motivate them to achieve said departmental goal.
10) To train new joiners
11) In absent of Manager perform the duties of planning and assigning QC duties to the staff.
12) Maintain ISO9001:2015 documents.
13) Should have knowledge about instruments like GC, Karlfischer titrator.
14) Knowledge about FTIR, GPC is a plus.

Keyskills : Quality Control, Analytical Skills, Instrument maintenance and calibration skills.
Prior Experience of above 5 years in this field is preferred.
Package - Rs. 25000 per month.
