Job Description:
POSITION: CAN LINE FILLER OPERATOR CUM SUPERVISOR(candidates from brewery or beverage industry)
REPORTING TO: MANAGER – PRODUCTION & MAINTENANCE
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical/Maintenance
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for everything involving packaging, production, and sanitation.
- Safety, quality, production, maintenance, manage any issues involving full interlocking, no wine and screw cap wastage, no glass loss, no quality defects such as low fill, market complaints, leakage, machine downtime.
- Development of team about zero loss at various junctions like depalletizer, filler, tunnel pasteurizer, final packing.
- Troubleshoot any production or machine downtime issues as they arise – Timely cleaning, lubrication, inspection, and tightening.
- Documentation/ Reports related to shifting production.
- Operate and monitor production line(s) to ensure efficiency.
- Perform preventative maintenance.
- Operate the manufacturing equipment efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean work area through good housekeeping practices.
- Expedite repairs to the line, working with maintenance as necessary.
- Profile in CAN filling operation with knowledge of filling and sealing.
