We have urgent job opening for Packing In-charge.

(Packing In-charge)

• Responsible for maintain and implement all Quality Management system at packing department and review time by time.

• Responsible for correct re-conciliation of all packing materials batch wise and product wise.

• Responsible for on-line entry at SAP after completion of batch.

• Responsible for maintain all equipment’s at calibration status as per define frequency like balance, printer, bar code system etc.

• Responsible for preventive maintenance work to be carried out of all packing line equipment’s as per schedule and equipment’s also handover to concerned technical person as per schedule.

• Responsible for reduce the break down frequency and if breakdown the machine repair the machine at urgent basis. If machine is not working in stipulated time than inform to management for further action.

• Responsible for give training to all line supervisor and packing chemist.

• Responsible for SOP training to all concerned personnel and prepared the new SOP as per GMP requirements.

• Responsible for on-line batch packing record by all packing chemist.  

• Responsible for all packing line start and stop as per decided timeline by management.

• Responsible for maintain the daily report as per stipulated format at daily basis with correct data.

• Responsible for planning of packing for export products in-line with customer requirements and PPMC planning.

• Responsible for maintain all logbooks, medical check-up, eye check-up, visual inspector validation data on-line.

• Responsible for appointment of required packing Chemist as per requirements.

• Responsible to attend the daily meeting with supporting data for discussion.
• Responsible for maintain the existing norms like do not stored material at production lobby, GQ transfer at good condition and maintain the record and keep lock and key every time.
