Sr. Full-Stack Engineer / Developer - Open Position - 1

Level: Sr. Level / Tech Lead / Team Lead - Should able to manage a team of 20-25 resources

Full Time Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Key KRA: Engineering (50%), Problem Solving, Defining Architecture (30%), Project Management/Team Management and Growth, Training, (20%)

Keywords: React, Angular, Node, React Native, Web, Server Side Scripting, Product Development, Server Management, AWS, Google, WebSocket

Vertical : Product Engineering / Development

Education : Degree in Computer Science, PG Is good to have

Platform worked Previously: Mobile Apps, Web Applications, eComm Development, Product Development

Product Types / Architectures: Single DB - Mulit Tenant, Multi DB - Multi Tenant 

Front-End Technologies: HTML5, CSS, SCSS, Bootstrap, Material UI, etc 

Back-End Technologies: PHP, Python, React-Native, Java/React/Angular/Node/Vue/ Android/MERN, MEAN Stack, iOS, Swift, Office 365* - SharePoint and ASP.Net* (good to have*)

Ability to create APIs in REST, and GraphQL understanding of JSON, XML, Websockets, SOAP, COBRA

Skills : 

 

  1. Experience in independently managing, End-to-End Implementation, Design and Development of IT Projects and Products (Apps and Web-Apps) 
  2. Experience converting Business Cases to Technology case and Building Products from scratch
  3. Experience in Training team and grooming them, undertaking managerial tasks such as Quarterly Skills Meeting, and Profile Evaluation, GAP Analysis
  4. Experience in Providing inputs to Project Budgeting, Efforts Estimations (EE), Technology Decks,
  5. Experience in Writing Test Cases and Managing UAT and Deployment Cycle (Automation Testing)
  6. Working with Client to understand provide Consulting or Business Solutions, Problem Solving Approach and Skills, Strong Analytical Skills, should be able to read between the lines
  7. Interacting with the Technical/Engineering team to ensure Delivery and Implementation of the Software Solution/Projects 
  8. Client Relationship Management, Excellent at English Speaking, and Written Communication
  9. Understanding of Change Management, Risk Management and Project Management
  10. Experience working with US Clients is a Must
  11. Experience and Exposure working with different projects and business models will be an advantage
  12. Understanding of Blockchain, Healthcare, HIPAA Compliances, RPA, Payments Services, DevOps will be an asset

  1. Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills and Etiquettes - MUST
  2. Excellent Presentation Skills - 
  3. Experience in working with Onshore and Offshore Teams and Experience handling Cross-Functional Projects, Resources and Clients and ability to provide inputs to improving ODCs (Off-shore development centres) 
  4. Experience dealing with Pressure and Meeting strict Project Deadlines - MUST
  5. Leadership and Motivational Skills to ensure the Work is being done by the Resources on time and within the specified budget - MUST
  6. Conflict and Resolution Management - MUST
