Job Description:

 

Purpose

 

Developing and suggesting sales Business Planning activities under marketing domain for PAN India.

 

Context

 

The jobholder will work closely with the Corporate Team / Management to implement effective sales & business strategies and planning.

 

Decision Making Authority

 

·         The jobholder will have day - to – day responsibility over the functioning of the scope as identified in this description and as given to him/ her from time to time by the management.

 

Financials

 

·         To operate within approved budgets.

 
Main Priorities

 

Planning & Executing Marketing activities to tap targeted markets/clients.

 

 

Key Outputs

 

  • Developing internal/ external marketing processes with coordination of IT and other relevant department.

 

  • Developing corporate approach to increase business leads for Sales department.

 

  • Making of marketing leaflets, flyers and other stuff for sales promotion.

 

  • Using innovative and creative approach to attract new prospects.

 

  • Good knowledge of excel & social media marketing platforms.

 

  • Having analytical mindset to represent various data in front of management. 

 

  • Development of new sales prospect.

 

  • Adherence & Hygiene.

Qualifications:

 

MBA & Graduate (any), Marketing will be a plus

 

Knowledge:

 

Must be from Marketing background, preference will be for candidate having knowledge of car leasing business or B2B Business.

 

Must possess technical skill to develop digital marketing concepts for organization.

 

 

Skills

 

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills in relation to English.

 

·         High process orientation and analytical skills, special attention to detailed MIS working for management.

 

·         Strong networking and relationship management skills

Experience: Min 4-10 yrs.

 

Preferably from the same industry, Must have an experience in working in similar profile or with understating of Car Leasing industry.

 

Maintain Relationships

Internal: Sales, IT, Finance and Corporate division.

External: Clients, Vendors.

1.     Corporate Sales Planning

2.     Customer Centric approach.

3.     Good presentation and analytical skills

4.     Knowledge of Leasing or B2B business sector.

Remuneration
