Job Description
1. Working experience in manufacturing plant,(PVC,PET, or any plastic industry)
2. Basic knowledge of PLC,HMI (Siemens, Schnider etc)
3. Knowledge of AC/DC Drives (Siemens, ABB, Yaskawa, Parker, etc)
4. Knowledge of field instruments like pressure transmitter, temperature transmitter, gauges, load cell, transducer, motorised control valves, weighing balance etc.
5. Knowledge of various controllers like temperature controllers(PID), tension controller, servo controllers, converters etc.
6. Basic knowledge of motors ,starters, panel wiring, cranes, transformer.
7. Documentation work for ISO,BRC etc, ERP, Reports makings and data analysis for breakdown.
8. Ready to work in shift and easy availability in plant when required.
