Job Description:
Maintain good r Analyse current procedures and activities to identify and present opportunities for improvement of the workshop. To manage, organize and quality control aspects of vehicle services.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Reduce the vehicle carry over and revisit to increase workshop efficiency.
- Contribution to efficient service operations by reducing the causes of idle time and job.
- Drives the Vehicle with the Technician to Gain First-hand Knowledge of the Vehicular Problems.
- Prepare the Cost Estimates Including the Services and Repair Costs and the Cost of Spare Parts, if Needed.
- Maintain and Manage a Daily Record of Repairs and Services of Vehicles Undertaken and Completed.
- Ensure Delivery of Vehicles to Customers On Time.
