Job Description:

Designation : Engineer / Officer

Experience : Min. 02 years in calibration activities in the field of mechanical measurement (Discipline: Pressure, Dimension, Electrical and Thermal)

Qualification : B.Sc. in Physics / Diploma in Mechanical, Instrumentation or Electronics & Telecommunication   

 Skills : Knowledge of –

- Calibration of all parameters in the scope of Lab.

- Estimation of uncertainty in measurement.

- Reporting & verifying calibration results on the calibration certificate

- Issue of calibration certificates.

- Handling skills of calibration items & master equipments.

- Control of calibration data.

- Preventive maintenance of Equipments & Standards.

- Lab Quality Control activities such as Inter-Laboratory Comparison / Proficiency Testing.

- Maintain Lab & On-site environmental conditions.

- Document control & record control.

- Lab Management System requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2017.

- NABL specific requirements for accreditation in calibration field.

Job Description :

- Providing Quotation to Customer as per inquiry

- Checking Material  as per PO after receipt from customer

- Instrument Calibration (Inhouse masters like - Crystals & Analog Gauges)

- Instrument Calibration (Outside Customer) for Pressure, Dimension, Electrical and Thermal Discipline

- Preparing Calibration Certificates (Inhouse masters like - Crystals & Analog Gauges)

- Preparing Calibration Certificates (Outside Customer)

- Sending Profoma Invoice to Customer

- SOA Booking for Customer after receiving payment

- Generating Invoice & Dispatch of Material

- Getting Quotation from different Labs for our master instruments

- Followup for PO from Purchase Department

- Sending Material for Calibration (with PO) to venders

- Getting Invoices/certificates from Vendor

- Handling over Invoices to Store for preparing GRN

- After Receiving GRN, the same is given to Accounts Dept. for Payment to vendor

- Payment Collection from Customers

- Solving Customer Query regarding Calibration

- Proving Calibration Certificate for Agency Products

- Preparing Documentation for NABL Audit

- Sending Masters to other Lab for ILC for NABL Audit

- Packing of Material for Dispatch

- Generating PR and issuing materials from Store

 Salary Expectations :  Upto 2.5 Lkhs
