Design Engineer (Plastic molds/tools)
Job Description:
Qualification: BE/Diploma in Mechanical or Production
Experience: 1.6 to 4 yrs exp in designing of plastic molds/tools & plastic parts.
Work location: Baner in Pune
Job description:
1. Perfection in 2D and 3D CAD design, Unigraphics is preferable
2. Knowledge in mould/tool making
3. Knowledge in Jigs and Fixtures making/design
4. Deep knowledge in GD&T
5. Knowledge in plastics raw materials
6. Knowledge in injection moulds and molding process
Job Specifications & Job Requirements:
Product design for various HMI and PLC, development moulds from vendors, check component quality, fitments and aesthetical appearance
Develop Jigs and Fixtures
Develop overseas/domestic vendors for make the moulds and moulding
Support to production and other departments as per their requirement related to Mechanical
