Experience: Minimum 1 years of hand on experience in handling Front Office efficiently

Work location: Bidhannagar in Kolkata

Job description:
Greeting and welcome visitors at the front desk and directing them appropriately.
Take care of all incoming calls and redirect them / keep messages properly.
Receive letters, bills , packages etc. and distribute them .
Book calls for courier and do follow-up.
Prepare outgoing mail as required for administrational and other work.
Check, sort and forward emails if needed.
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Keep updated records and files.
Take care of all Travel arrangements, tickets, hotel and car booking.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
Other administration work as required.

Profile Required:
Familiar with office machines (e.g. fax, printer, EPBAX etc.)
Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
Good Communication Skills , both written and speaking
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Good computer operating knowledge and basic excel
