Job Description:

The Customer relationship manager (CRM) is predominantly a customer facing role with certain important administration responsibilities thrown in for a good measure.

You help create a healthy first impression of our company and also play an important role in managing a rich ongoing customer experience.

 

Your being a great listener and having an upbeat yet calm disposition helps a lot.  This follows that you are generally great to talk to and engaging conversation comes naturally to you.

It is not a must but desirable that you generally enjoy listening to music and perhaps you are or were exposed to some kind of music education. 

 

The following are some of the most important responsibilities that you will manage on a day to day basis:

  1. Taking Inquiries, telephonic as well as walk-ins.
  2. Giving engaging Academy tours to prospective students.
  3. Help prospective students select a Package by counselling them.
  4. Trial Class Set Up.
  5. Documenting inquiries and following them up.
  6. Closing admissions with prospective students using confidence building measures and engaging with them post their initial inquiry.
  7. Document promises made to the particular student during admissions and following up on it and sending the records of MOM to the Top Management/Branch Manager.
  8. Following up on Payments.
  9. Making sure all students mark their attendance.
  10. Encourage Sales of Musical Instruments.
  11. Helping out with various events of the company, Advt., Promotion, Exhibitions, School trips, Performances, Presentations, and Workshops etc.
  12. Updating mails and messages of INQ on the internet as well as face book and reporting to top management/Branch manager.
  13. Managing Stationery and reporting it as well as getting it ordered.
  14. Daily reporting about various aspects of the academy’s functioning.
