Job Description:

Qualifications: Any graduate/MBA in Marketing
Work Experience: 2 to 5 years experience in marketing activation role in Real Estate Marketing and/or sales, Property industry
Working Days: 6 days

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive internal and external communication strategies aligned with organization's objectives.
Prepare and present proposals for commercial leasing

Advise and Present Site to Clients, Manage direct relationship with Channel Partners, Knowledge of Financials to present to clients, Aggressive achievement of targets (KPI and KRA) as per company policy, Ensure minimum cancellations of bookings, Timely collections and recovery.

Purpose
1. Sales target.
2. Follow processes effectively to achieve organization objectives.
3. Engage with customers to deliver a best in class experience.

Main Responsibilities
1. Sales target
Present sales plan to achieve individual project wise targets every month.
Acquire new customers and brokers and maintain relations with existing clients to drive business growth.
Effectively follow processes while achieving targets.

Candidate should be willing to travel to meet clients and channel partners as well as to the Lonavala Site for scheduled visits.

Languages: English, Hindi, and/or Gujarati/Sindhi/Punjabi/Marathi.
