Job Description:
Acknowledgement of monthly production plan.
Production & machine scheduling as per production plan.
Manpower planning & distribution.
Execution of monthly production plan & meeting the monthly dispatch target in time.
To ensure the yield & quality of the products.
Enforcing, shop floor, discipline & work practices as per cGMP & EHS guideline amongst workman & shift in charge.
To ensure records & documents are maintained as per cGMP guideline.
To interact with different support functions for facilitating the routine job.
To ensure plant upkeep & hygiene is maintained to top most level.
To ensure the consumption, co-efficient of inputs & solvents in the respective products are within the budget.
To play pioneering roal in implementing, new technology in the plant.
To impart training on SOPs to working steps & personnel.
To ensure the waste generation is minimum.
To ensure the ease of operation by adopting efficient material handling system.
To facilitate the calibration of equipments & measuring instruments.
To review & sign the BMR.
To Facilitate batch requisition for meeting product target.
