Job Description:
- To take care of legal recovery, tracking every delinquent 60+ account for the purpose of collection & recovery.
- Regular visits to client as well as regular visit to advocates and court.
- Visit to all delinquent 60+ DPD customers along with RM and RCM and strategies for reduction of outstanding dues.
- Ensuring timely filing of Execution Petition on accounts where Arbitration Award has been obtained.
- Issuance of Demand notice.
- Execution of Section 17 and Section 9 orders and repossession of vehicles.
- Out of court settlement of recovery matters where possible with approval of authorities.
- Knowledge of computer MS Office + Excel + Power point is must.
- At Least 5 years of total experience in the same line.
- Deep knowledge of Civil & Criminal laws in relation financial aspects recovery, Arbitration and Executions.
- To facilitate provision of all the basic legal advice required from time to time by the functional collection department.
- Experienced and knowledge of high volume collections.
- To improve collection & legal recoveries.
- Should have good knowledge of recovery of CV segments of Write off cases and Losses recoveries.
