QUALITY CONTROL ENGINEER
Job Description:
1) Monitoring of incoming & final inspection.
2) Involve in R&D for new development.
3) Prepare/raise test certificate & QAP.
4) Handle the order inspection from customer & TPI.
5) Maintain & update all Q.C. relevant documents.
6) Calibration of measuring & monitoring equipment/Instruments & maintain their documents timely.
7) Raise NC for incoming as well as FG if found any defect & ask CAPA from concern dept. or vendor.
8) Make sample of fitting on customer request also arrange sample for exhibition.
9) Customer visit if any technical issues or complaint.
10) Customer for demonstration of new developed fitting.
11) Testing of incoming as well as final product as per QAP/drawing. Also test thermal test &spectro radio test.
12) Concern with vendor for new development & existing issues.
13) Handle the external audit from ISO, BIS, PESO and DGMS and maintain their records.
14) Make planning for orders which mfg. in FHPL as well as in FCG.
15) Make bought out planning, Fabrication as well as imported raw materials.
16) Involve in day to day production activity also follow-up on outsource material with concern dept.
17) Manage drawing & documents of pending & completed orders of FCG which manufacturing in FHPL.
18) Support to Customer care dept. & marketing team for any Q.C. or certification related query or issues.
19) Support production team & CC team for order execution.
20) Maintain Q.C. serial no. record for both the company.
21) Support to marketing team for quotation & tender specification related query/issues.
22) Respond through mail to all concern dept. internally & externally.
23) Update list of readiness goods day to day.
24) Minus the invoice from ready material list.
25) Co-ordinate with dealers for certification as well as order execution on daily basis.
26) Provide replacement fitting/spare material to customer on delivery challan basis with complete dispatch detail.
27) Perform as a floor owner & involve in all 5S relevant activity.
28) Co-ordinate & follow-up with design dept. for new developing items.
29) Arrange new sample of fitting for new certification & testing labs whenever require.
