Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position Export Relationship Manager – Marketing for an reputed company for Sion location.

Job Description:

  • Incumbents shall work closely with the export marketing initiative in given overseas territories.
  • Preparing competitive techno- commercial proposals,
  • Timely implementation of export contracts and attainment of budgeted profit margins.
  • Research explore & analyse potential global market. 
  • Generate lead & export sales, identify, communicate and coordinate with overseas clients.
  • Identifying new markets for business development, Identifying and approaching new potential clients.
  • Relationship Management with overseas clients (existing), To make sure that the existing clients are retained and maintained while developing the new customers
  • They carry out market research, conduct surveys and study the competitors and their marketing and sales strategies. Based on this, they make new plans that will help the organization to race ahead in the competition by prioritizing the target countries.. Attending exhibitions.
  • Day to day co-ordination with customers for on time shipment & to get new order opportunities
  • Ensuring delivery team understands and meets client requirement
  • Attending meetings with buyers, buying house & export-agents
  • Product costing
  • New market & customer development
  • Excellent price negotiation skills to maximize profitability by item, and category.
  • Developed strong business relationships with vendors and customer & internationally.
  • The incumbent needs to possess extensive & thorough knowledge 
  • Need to have strong interpersonal communication skills to develop healthy, professional relationships with the clients and vendors demonstrated by exceptional leadership quality.
  • Excellent negotiation skills are a pre-requisite in determining the prices and discounts for different products.
  • Should be able to work in a target oriented work environment and should be able to prioritize work based on the given deadlines.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills with the ability to do fast mathematical computations will be an advantage.
  • Should be proficient in computers to maintain and update various kinds of reports.
  • Take care of export documentations
