Job Description:

Position: HR Manager

Experience required: 7 – 10 years

Salary : 6 -8 lacs per annum 

Education:

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG: MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial Relations

 

 

Roles and responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for recruitments process up to VP level of entire company, should have expertise in Job Posting, ads and organizing resumes and job applications.
  • Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process.
  • Responsible for maintain and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
  • Should be responsible for full fill all legal statutory compliances under Provident fund Miscellaneous Act, 1952, Bonus Act, 1965, Gratuity Act 1972, Employment exchange- ER1, ER2, Compliances under Factory Act, Labor Act. Also responsible for settlement of Mediclaim insurance.
  • Meet the business objectives. Prepare budgets, and other management plans.
  • Control and co-ordinate activities such as personnel administration, staff selection and training, employee relations, wage and salary administration, security, health and safety, employee benefits and remuneration strategy.
    Direct and maintain a corporate workforce plan and initiate appropriate action in relation to the organizations use and development of employees.
  • Represent and direct the organization in dealings with other organizations, employer groups, government authorities and other relevant bodies as required.
  • Ensure the organizations training activities are planned to meet current and future organization and employee needs, and satisfy government training requirements.
  • Review regularly the organizations remuneration policy, including its market competitiveness, benefit and reward structures, and internal relativity and equity.
  • Ensure all activities under taken by Human Resource department employees comply with relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards.
  • Ensuring background and reference checks are completed.
  • Preparing new employee files.
  • Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
  • Orienting new employees to the organization, Conducting benefit enrollment process.
  • Administering new employment assessments.
  • Preparing documentation of ISO Training.
  • Maintain personal files of all employees.
