HR Operations Manager - HVAC

Oversee all the day to day operational activities of the organization. Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth of the organization

Ensures everyone adheres to company policy and administering practices in fair and equitable manner.

Responsible for managing budget and controls expenses.

Take daily reports from all the team mates.

Takes corrective action as necessary on a timely basis and in accordance with company policy. Consults with Human Resources as appropriate.

Ensures standards for quality and team mates’ performance are maintained.

Be the input generator in all the policies and processes of the company where updates or changes are required.

Perform hiring, termination and performance improvement duties in assistance with HR department.

Support company-wide and team enhancing events, celebrations, display of successes, victories and overall company fun.

Assist HR department at the time of Performance Appraisal and Increments.

Responsible for conducting weekly review meeting with all the team mates and fortnightly meeting with MDs.
