Job Description:

ü  Responsible for Induction, Attendance, Payroll,& Exit formalities

ü  Employee Communication, Connect & Engagement

ü  Employee Grievance Handling

ü  Manage Employee Self-service to ensure all employee records, files are up-to-date in software and confidential & act as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics

ü  Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as compensation & resolve any issues that may arise

ü  Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies & Process

ü  Prepare various letters like offer letters, appointment letters etc.

ü  Implementation of KRA,KPI & PMS process

ü  Prepare various HR MIS

Required Candidate profile:

Should be strong in Excel, Well-versed with HR software & Reports & should have knowledge of payroll related compliance.
