Job Description:

Qualification: B.E.Civil
Experience: 6 to 12 years
Salary: Negotiable for right candidate
Work location: Chandani chowk in Pune

Organization Structure:
The Billing Engineer reports to the Director.

Main Responsibilities:
Daily site visits & joint measurements for raising R.A. Bill against actual completed work.
Accumulation of data required from Client, regular compliance on issues raised by client for certification of Final Bill.
Preparation of Excess Saving statement required by Client.
Preparation of Price variation claims & Extra items arises during execution.
Third party inspection reports for various tests to be maintained as per client’s satisfaction. Producing the same as when required.
Get the certification of R.A. Bill through authorized consultant from Client side within given time frame.
After receipt of certification from Consultant, submission of certified R.A. Bill to PMC Officer for Approval.
Arrange site visit of PMC officer for showing actual executed work for ensuring Client satisfaction & certification.
Verification & scrutiny of RMC production bill submitted for our construction sites.
Gets the work order created in ERP as per actual supply to ensure correct cost booking to individual building.
After scrutiny & verification of Monthly bill, obtaining approval from approving authority, submission of same for further processing.
Material reconciliation of material used for RMC production.
Handling of pending & critical issues of Contractors as & when required by the Company.
