Job Description:
- Responsible for Recruitment across the Region.
- Responsible for completing Joining formalities, Induction and On Boarding of new joiners.
- Preparing Training Reports and Training Calendar for each zone, designation wise.
- Adhering Statutory Compliance like PF, ESIC, MLWF, Bonus. Gratuity, CLRA etc
- Hand on experience on PMS.
- Maintaining Attendance records and managing leaves.
- Responsible for addressing employee grievances & issues. .
- Conducting ISO Audits across the Region as per company norms.
- Responsible for exit formalities.
