Job Description:
- Optimized process to increase the recruitment & on boarding efficiency.
- Strategic planning, budgeting, & delivery of required Manpower.
- Management of complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing talent from diverse channels as per agreed metrics for all levels(Front End to Senior Level)
- Responsible for TAT across Levels
- Senior stakeholder management (across levels) developed a strong relationship with Business Unit Heads, hiring managers, stake holders and Business directors to encourage a partnership in filling open requisition
- Identifying training needs across levels to build capabilities, through mapping of skills and analyzing existing
- Driving Training programmes for development of the internal employees.
