Job Description:
- Lead the HR function and work closely with business teams to provide the complete gamut of HR services viz. recruitment, compensation, talent management, learning and development
- Work closely with key stakeholders to create and deliver HR strategy for the business and ensure that the business objectives/goals are met.
- Proactively anticipate HR issues and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner
- Ensure effective implementation of various HR policies and processes and also adoption of state of the art IT solutions in various HR processes
- Develop and lead the HR team ensuring that various HR initiatives and programs get implemented within set HR budgets
- Work closely with management team on leadership development
