Context

The jobholder will work closely with the DGM Sales to implement effective regional sales targets.

 Authority

Team handling and reporting

Maintaining maximum Target vs Achievement ratio.

Achieving on time collections and client escalations for the region,

 Team Leader ability

Team Management

Training & Development of Sales team.

Management regular reports and presentation.

 

Main Priorities

Achieving region sales target and gross additions by hunting, farming & collection.

Team Management

Must have strong Corporate Sales exposure.

New approaches to increase in sales

Achieving Gross Additions

Business Development : New MLA & New prospects

Collections

Development of new prospect.

Adherence & Hygiene : Adherence to TAT, Escalation prevention

 

Knowledge: knowledge of, Corporate Relationship and Corporate Sales.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in relation to English and the local language where the premises is situated
