Thorough knowledge of Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing and electrical with specialization in PHE/FF, Project Management, Numerical skills, AutoCAD and computer skills, Knowledge of relevant IS design standards.

Job Description :-

1. Executing MEP (Electrical, HVAC, Firefighting and Plumbing) for various commercial, residential and industrial projects (end to end responsibility) with specialization in PHE/FF
2. Total execution of projects, independent responsibility
3. Visiting site to get the complete idea of the project
4. Coordinating with clients to get complete details for the project
5. Interacting with contractors, project management team, clients, supervisors and sub-contractors.
6. Updating top management about progress of projects
7. Working knowledge designing the plumbing, HVAC, firefighting, layout for the given project and coordination with electrical design
8. Implementing of manpower plans
9. Preparing of the detail BOQ as per the drawings and client requirement
10. Preparing of the project cost
11. Taking feedback from site engineers and subcontractors
12. Following up with architects, consultants and PMC in case of any technical issues clarification
13. Material management - stores and Inventory control
14. Coordinating with customers and contractors for completion of projects
15. Coordinating at backend regarding design, accounts and billing 15 Leading a team of Project Incharges and setting goals and targets and arranging resources to them to accomplish the same
16. Guiding the project planning engineer to ensure achievement of milestones and completion of project profitably and on time
17. Achieving the overall project effectiveness for timely completion and with desirable quality and safety standards
18. Controlling inventory, working capital and out-standings
19. Being responsible for quality work at project sites
20. Working knowledge on the technical front
21. IMS compliance
22. Guiding engineers / subordinates and grooming them on technical issues
23. Creating a Kaizen culture amongst team members
