Job Description:

Brand performance

 

Develop detailed activity calendar on brands to deliver brand targets

Drive market share for the brand through timely execution of the same

 

Communication development

 

Develop positioning of the brand (Brand Key)

Provide consumer insights and develop concepts for the category/ brand that are real growth drivers for the business

Develop communication briefs and drive creative development for all media based on above

Evaluate various propositions, storyboards/creative and final story board up for production

Manage the film development: Coordinate with agency for shoot with creative agency

 

Media plan development and execution

 

Own the monthly media scheduling process mainly TV, print and digital

Track and monitor media plans deliverables

 

GTM planning, development and Execution

 

Plan a GTM for a new product launch

Drive excellence in executing the plan to meet Brand performance objectives.

 

Brand health monitoring

 

Track brand health parameters on a quarterly basis

Incorporate the same into work plans to help improve brand health parameters

Analyze data on a regular basis to capture market trends and brand performance

 

Promotion Planning and execution

 

Work with General trade and Modern Trade sales team for allocation of promotion and successful execution

Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely receipt

Drive the development of packaging / trade visibility for the promotion

 

Budget tracking

 

Ensure spends are in line with brand plans

Tracking monthly spends in the provisions system

Ensure compliance with audit norms

 

Marketing Innovation

 

Lead New Product development projects

Drive networks to ensure timely delivery of projects

Drive the development of packaging

 

Other Key Responsibilities

 

Provide individual view points and learning collated from the reports sent by the media team

Build strong relationship and foster teamwork among agencies, suppliers and internal team to achieve best performance 

Experience  :  05 To 10 Years Must Experience in FMCG sector

Salary : 08 To 10 LPA
