JOB DESCRIPTION:
Talent Acquisition
- To handle talent acquisition effectively in-line with the Manager – HR Factory.
- Assist the Manager – HR Factory to conduct Induction programs for new employees
- To maintain database of resumes for future requirements
- Keeping up-to-date each and every record of all employees
Payroll & Administration
- Supervise staff attendance and leaves
- Prepare accurate attendance & over-time sheet for salary processing on timely basis
- Ensure all employee records are updated and easily available
- Accountable for time office management
- Coordinate with consultants regarding PF, ESI and other labour related statutory compliance
- Maintain all records of PF, ESI and other Labour related documentation
- Responsible for setting up
- Effectively assist the Manager – HR in managing the entire administrations at Factory
Others skill sets
- Proactive and high on energy with good communication skills
- Ensure smooth co-ordination between Factory & HO.
- Handle and manage any other activity on need basis
- Participate in seminars / conferences as per need
