Campus Lead – 9 to 12 years of exp (Job location – Vikhroli)

Role 1 - HR – TAG, Sourcing - Campus Lead About the Role:
The Campus Recruiting Lead will report directly to the Campus Head, The person will manage cities aligned to hiring needs for specific business units and partner closely with the business units leadership team members to fully understand channel and market challenges, recruiting specifications and develop an appropriate recruiting strategy. Responsibilities
ï‚· To execute a comprehensive full-cycle of campus recruitment strategy, university relations and employer branding. ï‚· Very strong in social media marketing strategies (experience in social media branding will be an added advantage) ï‚· Manage campus school teams. Formulate effective recruiting processes considering school nuances and business specific hiring priorities. ï‚· Develop candidate engagement strategies ï‚· Manage early identification programs ï‚· Drive a robust sell process to ensure high conversion ï‚· Design and manage the summer analyst program in partnership with the business ï‚· Coordinate closely with the Campus Employer Brand team to ensure maximizing our brand, driving innovation and have the latest event collateral ï‚· Build and develop external networks to establish competitor intelligence and consistent industry practices ï‚· Partner with the TCS HR community and ensure we deliver a best in class service both internally and externally
ï‚· Strategically drive efforts to bring the TCS brand on campus in a creative in cost effective manner
Qualifications ï‚· MBA degree and 3 - 4 + years in similar high volume recruiting position; experience in Branding and Social Media campaigns will be added advantage
