Job Description:
Functional responsibilities
- Identifying & addressing Region business opportunities and challenges. Analyse market trends competitor information, and past experience to forecast business and sales plans.
- Activity Planning & Execution for Market Development
- Review and manage business priorities, and allocation of resources
- Ensure Manning is as per capacity for the team.
- Responsible for recruitment and selection of Sales Reps
- Anchor account planning, targeting, customer profiling & customer engagement
- Implementation and monitoring of KPIs/ Targets achievements
- Must be MBA with graduation in B sc or B Pharma
- Should have experiance of 3 year + as 2nd line manager in pharma sales covering west zone.
- Preffered theraputic area is Diabetes or Critical care
