Role : Application Developer  Role Description : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                Must have Skills : Telecommunications Billing, No Technology Specialty  Good to Have Skills :    Job Requirements : 1: Responsibilities   a: Development of Custom APIs opcodes, MTA, UELs and Custom Reports within OBRM Infranet module  b: Work in Oracle BRM Development  Design for existing and new Telecom functionalities c: End to end solutioning of new business requirements 2: Professional Experience  a: Very strong technical expertise around Oracle BRM API Opcode development 3-5 years b: Strong technical knowledge around various functional modules Billing/Invoicing/Collections/Payments within OBRM c: Strong knowledge around C/C/PLSQL/Shell Scripting/Java core 3-5 years 4: Personal Attributes  a: Strong written and verbal communication skills b:  Strong analytical ad problem solving skills
