Desired candidate profile-
- Knowledge in Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), Good Hygienic Practice (GHP).
- Coordinating closely with Tank Hall, Labelling and Dispatch department to ensure QC and processes are conforming to set standards.
- Knowledge of Wine and Lab Analysis in any Vineyard/Winery.
- Only local candidates preferred who are willing to shift to Bijapur (Karnataka)
Primary Responsibility:
- Responsible for Inspection of Raw Material / Packing Material and In Process checks.
- Lab Analysis, Instruments Calibration.
- Internal Audit, Quality Assurance/Hygiene.
- Microbiological Analysis.
Key Skills:
- Analytical skills, auditing skills.
- Packing Material analysis and approval.
- Computer knowledge.
- Wine QC standards
- Experience in working in winery/vineyard.
- Supervisory Skills.
- Able to understand and explain Quality related issues.
