Job Title: Head Security

Location: Gurgaon, (Sector 112 - Site based) will also spearhead other project location- Heartsong, Westerlies and Milestone Experion
Working days: 5 days
Work timings: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Qualifications: Graduate
Experience: 20 to 25 Years
Army Background: Min Lt. Colonel or Colonel Rank (Not below than that)
Salary : Negotiable for good resource
Job Description:
- Establishing the security setup on all sites in NCR which includes security of Companys property, Vigilance and guarding against Voilence, Thefts.
- Surveillance through CCTV systems and latest technology available.
- Liaison with Ministries, Civil Administration & Civil Police for security / vigilance related tasks.
- Managing the administration work of the department.
- Liasioning with Govt. agencies and other law enforcing agencies.
- Manage crowd control, ritous situations, organizing rescues and relief operations in case of natural calamities at site.
- Organizing training and demonstration of emergency management
- Review and assess regional, political and security conditions for business impacts, advise management to take appropriate actions as necessary for project sites.
