Job Profile

  • To respond to the routine inquiries from internal or external sources such as attending telephone, just dial and mail inquiries and do the follow-up with the same by calling etc.
  • To handle online enquiries and also work towards new enquiry/lead generation
  • To check, update & manage social media e.g. website, FB page, IndiaMart etc.
  • To do follow-up with Sales & Service team for work schedule, reporting of work done etc.
  • To intimate the support team if any installation etc. at customers place.
  • To get the installation and other such outside work done report from support team.
  • To prepare Sales / Service Quotation 
  • To do follow up with customers for work orders and execute Sales order
  • To make Performa Invoice if any advance to be received
  • To done the verification of the Invoice with regards to Payment terms, Prices, Product, Taxes, Delivery timelines
  • To co-ordinate with Accounts Department for payments and other related matters 
  • To do the Payment / receivables Follow-Ups
  • To do correspondence with clients on sales / services related matters etc.
  • To establish good rapport with dealers and extend support to them
  • To send introduction letters to prospective customers
  • To manage Service Calls / complaints etc.
  • To handle complete job for Tender documentation
  • To prepare & maintain Sales related MIS
  • To co-ordinate back office support for execution on sales & services
