We have an urgent opening for the post of Admin- HR Manager for a reputed company (Mechanical Contracting Company) based in Thane.

Client Info: Our Company is a Mumbai based Mechanical Contracting Company. Since its inception in 1999, the company has been providing its services across multiple industry verticals. Today, the company employs more than one forty people and clocks a revenue, close to INR fifty cores.The company is an air conditioning contracting & maintenance services company having association with brands like Daikin, Trane & Voltas for its range of air conditioners.The Company expertise cuts across various sectors such as corporate fit outs, manufacturing units, hospitality, health care & cleanroom facilities.

Candidate’s Profile:

• Excellent command over English.
• Should have a pleasing personality.
• Punctuality, sincerity to the job.
• Hard Working.
• Multi Location Employee Handling.
• Experience in compliences
• Labour Compliances.
• Candidates age should be up to 40 years.

Job Profile:

• Pay roll processing with tax deductions, PF ESIS.
• Statutory compliance's of staff, contract labor’s.
• Working knowledge of CAR - WC policies.
• Managing recruitment & selection with consultants.
• Administrative experience of managing rental agreements, maintenance of office.
• Making &  updation of HR manual including scale , grades.
• All Admin Related work.
• 30% HR related work and 70% Admin work.
