Mandatory Skills:-
Strong Core Javascript skills, with 5 to 8 years of Core JavaScript Development experience.
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Good at mentoring the team and advocating best development practices.
HTML5, HTML templates
CSS3, CSS Frameworks, Web design technologies.
Front end frameworks - React/Ember/Angular/Backbone Good if worked on more than one framework.
Javascript  Server side technologies - Node.js, JSON REST-ful Web Services
Task runners/Build tools - Gulp or Grunt, browserify, webpack
Testing frameworks - Unit and End to End testing.
Usage of JS Plugins - Babel, uglify,eslint etc..
Should be up-to-date with mobile UI/UX trends

Good to have :-
 
DevOps mindset
Min experience working in Hybrid mobile  applications
Contributions to the open source would be very good to have. / Worked on own Pet projects.
