Experience:-    8 - 10 Years

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Oversee the production process; draw up the production schedule as per the product plan.
• Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
• Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs.
• Optimize resource utilization by implementation of an effective production organization as per Scheduled and Approved Plan.
• Ensuring that the production is cost effective (Maintain budgeted productivity and yield).
• Implementation and evolution of EHS procedure along with Compliance.
• Annual resource management Manage the daily manning allocation.
• Ensure planned KPI’s of efficiency and performance are met or exceeded of the team and overall department.
• Develop and track improvement in reduction of planned working hours.
• Overlook on time receipt & dispatches.
• Coordinate, set up and implement standard operating procedures for all production operations.
• Manage the adherence to prescribed procedures to ensure first time pass quality meets or exceeds planned goals.
• Working out the human and material resources needed and plant manning data management.
• Ensure prescribed line preventive maintenance completed timely.
• Ensure complete compliance related to department, 5S processes and regular monitoring of factory acts requirement.
• Track competencies of subordinates and provide leadership and development as required to achieve the objectives.
• Implement and drive continuous improvement activities, change management process and best practice.
• Liaising among different departments, to ensure uninterrupted operations in the plant.

Required Skills:

• Demonstrated Leadership, Execution, Analysis and Planning.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and computer applications on ERP Systems.

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech- Mechanical/Chemical

Salary :- Upto 16.00 LPA
