Job Description:
- Expertise in core SAP handling( Accounting entry in sap, GL control in SAP, Payment in SAP, Debtors control in SAP, AP control in SAP)
- SAP-trial balance download and Balance sheet preparation( Excel Balance sheet preparation) ( Knowledge of Ind-AS is an added advantage).
- Take charge of Accounts department handle independently ( ALL day to entry posting in SAP, Monthly SAP closure, AP Management, AR Management, TDS, GST, GST invoice-credit note/Debit note)
- GST-invoice booking, credit note, GSTR-1, GSTR-3 b, Reco of 2A vs 2B, GST debit note, credit note, input credit, eligible items, not eligible item, data download from SAP.
- TDS, Monthly payment, TDS return, challan , 15ca,15 cb ( Payments to import and bill of entry compliance).
- Export debtors Management, invoice, BRC, shipping bill knock off
- Handling tax Audit, GST audit, State audit, Internal Audit
- MIS, Booking Expenses, preparing cash budget, weekly cash flow , qly cash flow,
- Bank payment online- foreign payment banks(added advantage)
- Proactive Approach for Cost saving technique with the Direction of seniors
- Bank charges checking.
- Knowledge of export debtors management and Knock of balances
- Knowledge of import payment and RBI compliance
- Must experience in SAP, Excelv+vPPT+ Mail drafting
- Directly reporting to CFO—Golden opportunity to learn-Treasury Activities, Forex, Banking, CMA DATA,Import-Export, Letter of credit,
- Opportunity to learn DGFT incentive (Rodtep), custom compliance
- Trade finance -Import -export payment is and added advantage
- Costing module -implementation support for costing data
