Job Description:

Position: Production Supervisor (4 No)

Keywords: Fabrication / Weld Shop department experience candidates should be preferred 

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering in the stream of Mechanical. Or Diploma in Engineering in the stream of Mechanical

Desired Experience: Up to 2 to 4 years experience in a Manufacturing company preferably in a Robotic Weld Shop

Salary: up to  Rs. 15,000/- to 25000/-

Skills Set required/Job Profile :

• Handle chassis line having 7 robots (ABB) in 5 stations; hourly monitoring production of robotic line with 16 losses
• Maximize production by doing problem-solving technique by making Kaizens in bottlenecking stages
• Responsible for achieving targets as per plan and solving non-conformities identified during the process
• Prepare work plan schedules to complete the dispatch as per plan
• Schedule workload as per planning list and ensure that production deliveries are meeting the dispatch plan
• Effective utilization of resources like a man, machine, and material for assembly
• Monitor:
• Operator and machines on productivity
• Assembly, testing & dispatching within the planned date
• Communicate to the Work Manager regarding commitment problem, process delays and updating of status
• Meeting daily production schedule.
• Confirm quality through Routine Checks. (V9)
• Interacting service supports department within Plant.
• Ensuring standards work is followed.
• Maintaining 5 “S” in work Area.
• Looking for continuous improvements (Kaizens)
• Identifying 16 Major Losses & recording.
• Maintaining daily  ‘JH’ Checksheets.
• Training to workmen for work instructions.
• Proper documentation for the above work.
• Achieve Max OEE (above 95%) of the production line.
