Salary: 70000 in hand

Location: Kolkata

Overview:

We are seeking a Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience to join our team. This role will involve client interaction, including managing international clients and understanding their requirements. The ideal candidate should possess basic technology knowledge and have the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. The position requires skills for creating quality BRD, SRS, SOP and Wireframes.  

Responsibilities:

• Participate in client calls and meetings for international domain.
• Create BRD, SOP, SRS document based on Client’s business process understanding.
• Good with creating wireframes.  
• Experience to write Technical proposal.
• Strong Understanding of RFP, RFQ, SOP documents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
• Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Good knowledge in Development Technology Stacks.
• Understanding regarding third-party APIs and services. 

Selection Criteria:

• MCA / Bachelor's degree in Computer Application/ Bachelor of Technology / B.Sc
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Job responsibility and accountability
• CBAP / CSM or any other related professional certification will be a preference
