Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the payroll process
- Handle Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI) matters
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
-proficient in handling( Sedex,higg,inditex target ,audit assist) payroll, PF, and ESI.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 7 -8 years of experience in HR roles
- Strong knowledge of payroll, PF, and ESI processes
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
