Job Description:
Job Responsibilities
- Day to Day Book Keeping and Accounting
- Maintaining all the accounting records, vouchers, files, etc.
- Sales Invoice prepration.
- Timely carrying out all applicable reconciliations which would include items like Cash, Bank, Stock, Inter-company, Asset, Vendor (Party) Account, etc.
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Processing
- Preparing timely disbursement of all payments including NEFT / RTGS
- Preparing foreign remittances (A1 and A2) documents
- Processing monthly payroll based on inputs received from clients HR
- Preparing Payroll Register, Payslips, Cheques / Letter for disbursement, etc.
- Maintaining Payroll related records, registers, etc.
- Assisting in preparing periodic reports to senior on need basis.
- Compiling details and preparing summary / statement for monthly payment of tax liability under applicable laws (like IT, TDS, GST, PF, PT, etc.)
- Compiling details and preparing periodic returns under applicable laws
- Compiling Details and preparing TDS certificates and CA certificates for foreign remittances
- Compiling details and preparation of submissions for assessments / department enquiry, replying to notices, etc.
- Preparation of audit documents including notes to accounts, directors' reports, etc. under the instructions of senior.
Other Details, which we should know – Should know Tally & MS Excel, Basics of banking, GST and TDS, good communication skills (written and verbal), knowledge of payroll and processing.
- Work Timings – 10am to 7pm
- Working Days – Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Sat off)
- Work Place – Churchgate
- Experience – 1-3 years
