Position – Associate-Business Intelligence
Location – BKC
Working days – 5 days
Time – 9 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.
Salary- Basis caliber and experience

Primary Job Function: 

• This role is responsible for supporting the business with key deliverables: analyzers, incentives, and scorecards.
• Ensure accurate and on-time disbursement of various incentives/contests defined by SFE to the Manager.
• Support the Manager with target-setting base data, as and when required
• Ensure timely delivery of all monthly deliverables, adhoc requirements for the business.
• Provide data support for analysis to be done by the analytics colleague.
• He/she needs to work closely with the Manager and support them with accurate and reliable data which enables them to identify and address critical issues.
• Responsible for master governance
• Responsible for Incentive audit files

Core Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support to all business resources and monitor all requirements for various value-added services.
• Co-ordination with different stakeholders, zonal managers, division heads, marketing colleagues, SFE team
• Should have experience in master management and advanced Excel functions
• Business Diagnostics
• Should have experience in sales crediting
• Support to calculate Commission and ensure timely disbursement for field force
• Support to prepare commission to spend summary
• Ensure incentive pay slips are released to the field force
• Support in the target-setting process
• Responsible for UAT of various reports/software/applications as & when required
• Manage ad-hoc requirements of business

•Should be able to do multi-tasking and managing multiple priorities concurrently
