MAIN RESPONSIBILITY/JOB SUMMARY :
- Preparation of new dies and release to production.
- Trouble shooting in extrusion process for any issues wrt. Quality and Performance.
- Extrudate parameters monitoring like shrinkage & Conveyor speed study.
- Rework data monitoring and action plan for reduction.
- Perishable tooling's monitoring for extrusion process.
- Design die as per die swell factor and release for production.
- Coordinate with develop new dies and release.
A Fitter, or Pipe Fitter works on a construction site to install industrial pipework in factories and large buildings.
Their duties include installing and repairing pipes using welding methods, completing jobs on time and ensuring safety on a job site.
