Position:      Sr. Manager - Business Development

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to expand our client base and increase sales revenue.
• Identify and target new clients within the modern trade sector, focusing on major retail chains like Walmart, Home Depot, etc.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Oversee the export process, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Act as an individual performer, meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Plan and execute overseas and domestic travel to develop new clientele and support existing customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including production, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies.

Required Skills:

• Proven track record of successfully selling products like plastic sheeting (tarpaulins), FIBC bags, and kitchen sets to modern trade retailers will be added advantages.
• Familiarity with the export process and regulations.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel overseas and within India as required.

Required Qualification: - BBA/MBA - Marketing

Salary :- Upto 15.00 LPA
