Job Description:

The job purpose of a Sales Coordinator is to provide essential administrative and logistical
support to the sales team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. They facilitate
communication between customers and the sales team, process orders, and maintain accurate
records. Ultimately, their role is pivotal in streamlining sales processes, optimizing customer
satisfaction, and contributing to overall sales.


1. Support Sales Team: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including
managing calendars, scheduling meetings
2. Order Processing: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all
necessary documentation is completed and filed correctly.
3. Customer Communication: Serve as a point of contact for customers, answering
inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any issues or complaints in a
timely manner.
4. Sales Reporting: Generate sales reports and analyze data to track performance
metrics, identify trends, and provide insights to management.
5. CRM Management: Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM)
systems with accurate and current information, including customer profiles, sales
activities, and interactions.
6. Sales Support Materials: Assist in the creation and distribution of sales support
materials such as presentations, brochures, and promotional materials.
7. Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage the sales pipeline, including following
up on leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling sales appointments or
demonstrations.
8. Sales Training Support: Assist in the coordination and organization of sales training

sessions, workshops, and events for the sales team to improve their skills and
knowledge.
9. Quotation Preparation: Prepare and send price quotations to customers based on their
specific requirements and negotiate terms as necessary.
10. Contract Management: Assist in the preparation, review, and management of sales
contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal
requirements.
11. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as marketing,
finance, and operations to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives and goals.
12. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customers, competitors,
and market trends to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
13. Customer Satisfaction Surveys: Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to gather
feedback and identify areas for improvement in products, services, and sales
processes.
14. Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, organizing
documents, and maintaining office supplies to support efficient operations.
