UX Designer
Job Description:
We are looking for a talented UX Designer to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of our products. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire user experience lifecycle, from initial research and concept development to prototyping and usability testing.
Responsibilities:
Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and pain points.
Develop user personas, user journeys, and sitemaps to inform the design process.
Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard design tools.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that designs meet user needs and business goals.
Develop and implement usability testing plans to evaluate the effectiveness of design solutions.
Stay up-to-date on the latest UX design trends and best practices.
Communicate design ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a UX Designer (or similar role).
Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles.
Proven ability to conduct user research and analyze data.
Excellent skills in wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with design thinking methodologies a plus.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
