Position: Production shift Engineers
Location: Umbergaon near by Vapi
Experience: 4 - 6 Years
Industries: Plastic
Responsibilities:
- Handling production of injection molding
- Handling injection molding related documentation
- Arrangement of workers for the machine.
- Book keeping of Workers & the machine output( Machine wise).
- Transferring the material from machine to the designated area.
- Providing training to the packers.
- Maintaining good housekeeping for the packing area.
- Plastic Material & Process of (IM, ISBM, IBM & EBM)
- Down procedure.5-s & Safety New mould trial
- Production Planning.
- Trouble shooting.
- M\C ancillary knowledge.
- Mould change.
- M\C start-up & shut.
Required Skills:
- Should have good labour management skill
- Multi Tasking
- Logical thinking
- Organizing
- Good in communication
Required Qualification: - Diploma/BE/B.Tech- Plastics
Salary: - Upto 3.84 LPA
